Before submitting your application, please read the main terms of service carefully.

These terms are part of the agreement and govern important organizational matters that may arise while using the service.

We recommend reviewing them in advance, before submitting your application, so that all the terms are clear and no misunderstanding arises later on.

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read the main terms of service.

Terms of service

1. Route formation

The route is drawn up after the application is submitted, taking into account the children's home addresses and the school's location. Routes are formed so that children can get to school as quickly and safely as possible.

The earlier you submit your application, the higher the chance of getting a suitable route.

2. Waiting time

In the morning, the driver waits for the child no more than 3 minutes past the agreed pick-up time; after classes end, no more than 15 minutes.

If the child is late or the parents cannot be reached, the driver has the right to continue along the route, since they must keep to the set schedule and pick up the next children on time.

We ask parents to be reachable at the agreed time and to notify the driver in advance of any possible delay or other changes.

3. Change of home address or school

If you move or change schools, please let us know at least 10 business days in advance and submit a new application. Whether the transfer is possible depends on seat availability and on an existing route to the new address.

4. Missed days and holidays

The cost is calculated based on the number of business days, taking into account holidays and official non-working days.

If a child misses classes due to the child's or parents' personal circumstances, no recalculation or refund is made for those days. This is because the seat remains reserved for the child, and transport and service costs continue regardless of attendance.

5. Can the price change?

The cost of services may change if prices rise for fuel and lubricants, vehicle maintenance, mandatory payments, taxes, and other expenses.

6. Is there a discount?

If two or more children living at the same address and following the same route use the service, a discount is provided:

  • for the second child — 5%;
  • for the third and subsequent children — 10%.
